The Korean fusion twist of the menu was intriguing, and I was blown away by the freshness of the oysters I had as an appetizer. For my main course, I opted for the slow-cooked lamb shoulder, which paired beautifully with a glass of Brancott Estate Pinot Noir. “I was actually surprised by the in-house launderette available for guests. It made it so convenient for mid-trip laundry without stepping outside. Additionally, the hotel offered a studio room dedicated to yoga, pilates, and dance - such a great touch for fitness enthusiasts like me.
